Stories of Feallan. Journey of a boy named Igil

Dark medieval adventure, tells the story of a lonely orphan boy

Backstory

He’s only 14. He do not like to remember his previous name, given by a mother and father… Because It brings tears, this remembrance about parents, peaceful life… with no returning!

Now he’s name is Igil, that means Hedgehog. This name he achieved on a streets of a big Capital City, where is no place to orphans. But Igil was survived.

Now Igil needs to escape from a Capital City for their live. Adventure begins... He have no power to be a swordsman and crush a monsters, yeah? So he no needs to involve in a problems and want only to survive.

Player will can walk this way with Igil and find and unusual solves on a usual adventure’s riddles and save the Igil, and sees, how hard to save a clear, kind heart of a child, when child was face-to-face with a hard life and bad circumstances.

 

Gameplay

Project planned as mix of text based adventure, “escape from a room” games and classic point-and-click adventures.

Player need to travel during a locations via map of Feallan (that a name for a Known-World-of-People). The player explores the location by selecting interactive places. But on click we can see a window with a description of the action and answer options, as in Text Based Adventures

In most cases, any encounter can breaks the player in seconds. We can only hide, run and use a fire vs wild animals… or use our brain.

The character has the parameters - fatigue, fear, internal contradiction. Depending on them, he may refuse to do certain actions that require this parameter. For example, lifting with a force of 50 will not work if the player is tired less than 50. Lifting the weight with a fatigue equal to 50, the player will fall unconscious.

In game you can choose the any options:

- choose any ansvers

- apply your strength and mind

-  try to use money and also try to apply inventory items

Any founded items that can be picked up and used will be put into inventory. You can interact with characters, explore the locations, and unlock other locations, solve puzzles. You can try a different cambinations of items and ansvers to solve the location riddles and challenges.

Your chooses will affect the final - we planned to create at least 9 finals for a game.

Also, we have a flexible Difficulty system - from casual game to really hard.
