Unity has announced that Unity Learn Premium will remain free, providing continued access to all of Unity's realtime 3D learning content after originally offering it for free starting March 19 in response to COVID-19.

Given the employment challenges that people have faced as a result of COVID-19, reskilling is going to be a key part of getting many people back on their feet. With today's announcement, Unity is hoping to give more people the opportunity to do just that (while also giving experience Unity creators the opportunity to learn more skills that are applicable to the development environment).

Over 320,000 people have benefited from Learn Premium since Unity opened access, and with demand for AR and VR talent up 1,400% in the last year and game development nearly 150% (according to Hired.com), access to these resources is important for job seekers looking to reskill in the wake of COVID-19.
