Whats your favorite 'build your computer' store in the USA ?

I am looking into getting a quad core computer desktop and looking for a good site where I can build my own. I used to use neocomptuers.com but they are not working
Anyone out there have a favorite they like ?
I'm not clear if you're looking for a site that will sell you a computer based on specs you provide or a site that will sell you parts to build your own computer.
