I have survived my first week at my new job without corrupting some database, horribly offending anyone, or being too embaressingly inept. I've written almost no code, but I've played more hacky sack, barroom trivia and disc golf than I have in years...

Anyways, next week should likely involve actual dev work and the unfortunate stumbling steps into writing SQL queries. Should be kick ass once I get going and stop worrying about making the rm -rf / of DB queries.

But first, hockey night, then BeerFest, and then poker night.
